Delivery

Opticus Visio orders are processed through our supplier network and delivered with tracking.

Estimated delivery for South African orders is usually 10–18 business days. Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, international transit, customs, courier movement, public holidays, or delays outside our control.

Tracking information will be shared once available.

12-Month Limited Warranty

All Opticus Visio products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage, loss, theft, incorrect handling, or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.

Returns

Please contact Opticus Visio before returning any product.

Return requests may be reviewed where the product is unused, in original condition, and includes the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, please contact Opticus Visio as soon as possible with clear photos or video of the issue, the packaging, and your order details.

We will review the matter and advise the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or processing partner.

Soft Launch / Test Orders

During controlled soft launch testing, test orders may be reviewed manually. A test order may be fulfilled, held, or refunded depending on the purpose of the test and the agreement with the customer.
