Refund policy

At Opticus Visio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our policy for returns and warranty claims.

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item is defective or you received the wrong product.

Please note:

  • Change of mind returns are accepted, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Policy

All Opticus Visio products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use

What is not covered:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

How to make a warranty claim: Please email us at rsa.tradesol@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Note: You may be required to return the product for inspection. Return shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be covered by Opticus Visio.
