At Opticus Visio, we take quality seriously. Every order goes through our own fulfilment process before it reaches you.

Our Process: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we source your item directly from our supplier. Each product is then received, inspected, and carefully packaged by our team before being dispatched to you.

Standard Delivery Times:

• South Africa: 15–25 business days
• United States & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

Express Shipping — Get It Faster: Need it sooner? We offer express shipping via DHL Express Worldwide, delivering to most destinations within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Express rates are calculated at checkout. Processing time of 1–3 business days still applies before dispatch.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

• International customers may be liable for import duties or VAT upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
